Avoid Dietary Fat And Live Healthy
A fatty diet can be a disaster to your health, for one it can clog your brain as well as your coronary arteries. To understand the effects of a high-fat diet on your health, particularly your brain, researchers fed one-month old rats diet rich in either animal or vegetable fat until they were four months old. A control group was fed a low-fat diet. Both groups were then given learning tasks. It was observed that the rats on the too high fat performed much more poorly than the lean rats. This is a prove to the fact that high-fat diets does not do any good to your health but impair performance on virtually all your measures. Fat can prevent the brain from taking up glucose, possibly by interfering with the action of insulin, which helps regulate blood sugar levels. So when you request for that tasty meal that have high fat content, put into consideration the effect it can have on your health.
