Dirty Money A Risk To The Health

It is said and believed that paper money is crawling with bacteria. Recent research show that almost all bills in circulation are contaminated with streptococcus, enterobacter, pseudomonas, as well as other germs. These germs can be dangerous to the health of immune-compromised patients such as the frail elderly or people with HIV-AIDS. Some developed countries have try to check this menace by using clean ATM that dispense cash that have been heated to 200 C (392 F) hot enough to kill many bacteria but not burn the money. Yes this bacteria are killed, but the cash get contaminated again as it exchanges from one hand to the other. To avoid risking your health, ensure that you wash your hands always when you touch money, never touch your lips or nose with money because this can directly carry bacteria into your system.
