Stress damages the heart muscle and the blood vessels that feed and surround the heart. Depression can increase the risk of a heart attack or other heart disease by over 70 percent. But when a person has a high level of social support- family and friends, his health can be improve and depression can be reduced. So you have to protect your health. Control your temper and try as mush as possible to avoid stress that can lead to depression. Remember, "A healthy person is a happy person".
